Covid Safe Venue Guide

To allow us to bring you great shows safely, we all need to follow the Covid Safe Venue Guide for ticketed shows.

If patrons do not comply with protocols, or authorised requests, they will be asked to leave immediately without refund or further recourse. All events at CPAC will follow Queensland Government Covid Guidelines and the approved Covid Safe Industry Plan. Queensland Live Performance, Venues/Theatres

If you are unwell, please refrain from attending events at CPAC.

Purchasing tickets

Buy together, to be together
Seating will be provided for your ticket purchase group. Whether that be seats in the theatre or a patch of grass at the Parklands, you will be allocated a specific area. You cannot sit where you like or move seats.

Contact details are required
At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide the full name, mobile number and residential addresses of everyone in your group.

At the event

Maintain social distancing
Keep 1.5 metres away from others where possible, including when arriving at the venue and queuing at the bar.

Contactless payment only
No cash will be accepted.

Have your ticket ready
Have your ticket ready on your phone or print at home ticket ready for scanning.

Stay in your seat / area and enjoy the show
You cannot sit where you like or move around.

Follow instructions from the venue staff
So we can continue to present shows in the future.
